Demineralization

Our first project using this technology we established in 2006, for a power station inside a Sugar Production & Refining Complex in Egypt, was based on Continuous Electro-deionization (CEDI) Technology.  The total daily output of Pure Water was 3600 m3/D. This technology is usually coupled with reverse osmosis stages downstream in order to reach the lowest capex and targeted Pure Water values that can go down as low as 0,2 microsiemens.

This technology is very easy to handle safely, as users do not need to manage hazards of chemicals, alkaline and acidic for regeneration of conventional Mixed Bed Technologies, instead regeneration is done via electrical current.   

We design, manufacture vacuum based CO2 degassing towers, brackish water RO Units, including all required pretreatment, instruments, and control panel as a package for your fixed assets as skids or as containerized, mobile solution.
